Miss World 2007 is Zi Lin Zhang from China. Kenya’s Catherine Wainaina (Below) had nothing on her height.
Miss Japan was crowned Miss Universe last year. The 20-year-old dancer from Japan won the world beauty title. Her name is Riyo Mori learn and commit it to memory. The last time Japan won the pageant was in 1959 when Akiko Kojima became the first Miss Universe from Asia. Kenya did not send a contestant.
Last month at the Ford Super Models competition held in USA, Kenya's very own 15 year old talent, Farida Diba (pic by Christopher Peterson) atleast tried to wax lyrical - to work it.
Unfortunately she lost to yet another worthy contestant from Asia, Korean Kang Seung-hyun.
I beg to ask, are they taking over? Pray tell…
