After several members including Juma Nature left TMK Wanaume to form Wanaume Halisi, they have been at each others necks for the ultimate supremacy. After a show down at the Jubilee Hall in Daresalaam last month, the 2 rival groups are at it again and this time they are going down in Mombasa.
Courtesy of Club Lambada, Mweshimiwa Temba & his crew of TMK Wanaume are going against Juma Nature's Wanaume Halisi this Saturday, the 16th of August. According to TMK Wanaume member Chege, " This beef between us and Wanaume Halisi doesn't look like its ending any time soon. Actually if you ask the fans who is better they will tell you and its not them!"
The 2 have been at each other's neck for the ultimate supremacy for the last 6 months. Wanaume Halisi went the extra mile and produced a diss track known as Tatu Bila which implies that TMK Wanaume is all about 3 people and not the crew. They even go the extra mile and mention a line "eti Dar Mpaka …."
The last time the group had a show down, the Jubilee Hall was so packed the revelers had to seat on the outside walls to get a quick glimpse.
According to entertainment manager DJ Delph of Club Lambada, " This show has never been done in Kenya before and we are looking out for a big turnout for the event."
