Buick Enclave Cars In the year 2008, the Buick division of General Motors will launch the full size crossover SUV known as the Buick Enclave. Alongside the Saturn Outlook and GMC Arcadia, the Buick Enclave will be built on the new GM Lambda platform. The Buick Enclave was first shown in the year 2006 at the North American International Auto Show as a concept vehicle. The Enclave is based in par ton the Buick Centieme Concept, which was first shown in the year 2003 at the Detroit Auto Show. The Buick Enclave is meant to serve as a replacement vehicle for Buick’s two current SUVs, the Rainier and the Rendezvous, as well as the minivan known as the Buick Terraza. The Buick Enclave will be able to seat up to six. With an additional third row complete with foot well, up to eight people can sit in the Buick Enclave. The SUV will come with generous space on the interior, and is available in either all wheel drive or front wheel drive. The Buick Enclave will be built at the new General Motors Delta Township Assembly factory near Lansing, Michigan. The Buick Enclave will be available at a starting price of $32,790.
